COURTESY POLICY

DEPOSIT

*All deposits are non-refundable

*A deposit of 50% of the desired services is required in order for you to secure your appointment, which will be credited towards your total amount.

*If you are unable to make your appointment please notify us 24 hours in advance so your deposit can be credited to your next services.

*Any remaining balance must be paid upon appointment arrival.

Late Policy

*There is a 15 minutes grace period. After that a $10 late fee will be applied.

*After 20 minutes without notice your appointment will be canceled with NO EXCEPTIONS.

CANCELLATION

*Same day cancellations will not be credited towards a future appointment and will not be refunded. If you need to cancel please cancel 24hrs in advance to use your deposit for any future makeup service.

PRIOR TO ARRIVAL

*Please arrive with a clean, bare face. For a more polished eyebrow finish, please have brows groomed/waxed prior to your appointment.

NO ADDITIONAL PEOPLE / USE OF CELL PHONE

*Please refrain from bringing additional guests to your appointment. Please refrain from using mobile devices and/or doing anything else that may affects the productivity of the appointment.

CLIENT PHOTOS

*Client photos are taken as a way of promotion and may be used on the artists social media, websites and other promotional outlets unless client refuses.
